On the divine night of Sri Krishna Janmashtami, let Krishna enter your heart through Gau Seva in Vrindavan. Be blessed by Gopal, the eternal protector and lover of cows. On this auspicious day of Sri Krishna Janmashtami, you can adopt a cow and serve them throughout the year and please Krishna. Donation to Cows shall be a befitting birthday service to Krishna. ISKCON Gaushala, established by Srila Prabhupada himself, is home to cows of Krishna himself. All the milk produced by this Gaushala is never sold but used in the service of Lord Jagannath ji and feeding Krishna’s devotees.
Let us uphold our dharma and compassion by offering our wholehearted support to Gopal Krishna Gaushala’s sacred cows and calves. On this Sri Krishna Janmashtami, let us serve cows — Krishna’s beloved companions — and be blessed.
Serve Cows, Please Krishna
गोदानं परमं दानं सर्वदानेषु उत्तमम्। फलं स्वर्गं च मोक्षं च यस्मात् गोदानतः लभेत्॥ – Mahabharata, Anushasana Parva
The donation for cows is the highest form of charity — superior to all other donations. It grants heavenly merit, and the act of donating for cows leads to liberation. Every act of protecting cows is most dear to Sri Krishna.
Go-Dāna is the highest charity. As described in the Mahabharata: "Go-dānam paramam dānam — among all charities, the gift to cows is supreme." To love and serve cows is to please Sri Krishna Himself. On this Janmashtami, donate for cow care in Vrindavan and receive Sri Krishna’s divine blessings.
On this Janmashtami, adopt or care for a cow in Vrindavan. Your seva will protect Krishna’s beloved companions and bring His blessings to your home.
