World Holy Name Festival

The World Holy Name Festival, launched by ISKCON’s Governing Body in 1966, is a heartfelt tribute to Srila Prabhupada’s mission. First observed on 26th September 1965, it commemorates his arrival in the USA and the global spread of Lord Krishna's holy names.
Since 2008, the celebration spans a whole week, filled with kirtans, events, and blissful chanting. Celebrated between 28th September and 2nd October, the dates vary each year based on the lunar calendar.
Devotees believe this festival brings spiritual peace, joy, and connection to Lord Krishna. Join us at ISKCON Dwarka for an unforgettable devotional experience during this sacred celebration!
